Booking terms
How fares are agreed, how tours are paid, and what happens if plans change. The cancellation tiers below are the ones applied at checkout when you book a tour.
Transfers and private-driver days
Transfer and private-driver fares are quoted individually on WhatsApp and confirmed in writing before pickup. There is no meter and the agreed price does not change on arrival.
A 50% deposit (or full payment) by card is required in advance to secure the vehicle. The balance is paid to the driver in cash (MAD, EUR or GBP) or by card. Pure transfers can also be settled directly with the operator when agreed on WhatsApp.
Tour bookings and deposits
Tour products are booked and paid securely online through Adventuro, and a request is confirmed once the deposit or full payment has been received. Transfers and private-driver days follow the deposit policy above once dispatch confirms your route on WhatsApp.
Full payment is due per the schedule provided at booking unless otherwise agreed. Prices are charged in euro as shown at checkout; refunds are processed in the same currency and by the same method as the original payment.
Accepted payment methods: credit and debit cards, bank transfer, and the other methods advertised at checkout.
Cancellation policy (tours)
- Full refund if cancelled more than 72 hours before departure. (29 of 42 trips)
- 50% refund between 48 and 72 hours before departure. (29 of 42 trips)
- No refund within 48 hours of departure or for no-shows. (30 of 42 trips)
Where a rule does not cover every trip the scope is shown beside it. The terms for the trip you are booking are always shown at checkout.

Cancellations must be sent in writing to contact@taxicabmorocco.com. If something outside your control forces a change of plan, tell dispatch — they will say what is possible.
Changes and transfers
Changes to a confirmed booking are subject to availability and may carry additional fees or a price adjustment.
A booking can be transferred to another guest with advance notice, provided the new guest meets the same requirements.
Insurance and liability
Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended, covering personal injury, medical expenses, trip cancellation and loss of belongings.
Liability is limited to the cost of the booked service. The operator is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by weather, strikes, political unrest or other force majeure, for personal items lost or stolen during a trip, or for the failure of third-party services.
