What does a private driver day look like?
The car is outside your riad at the time you set, and it stays with you until the day is done. Build the route as you go. The driver knows where the road is good, where lunch is honest, and how long the light lasts at the kasbah.
Can we add a licensed guide?
Yes. The driver drives; a licensed guide walks you through the medina, the kasbahs or the souks. Ask for one when you book and dispatch quotes the day with the guide included.
Which car will we get?
A 4×4 for up to four, a minivan for up to seven, or a 15- or 17-seat minibus for a group. The 4×4s are the ones that handle the Sahara pistes. Tell dispatch how many of you there are and where you want to go, and the right car comes with the quote.
How is the fare agreed?
Send the route on WhatsApp — pickup, drop-off, date and how many of you. Dispatch replies with one fixed price in writing. No meter runs and the price does not change on arrival.
What if my flight is late?
Give us your flight number when you book. Your driver waits at arrivals — 60 minutes free after landing — so normal delays at customs do not cost extra.
Can I pay cash?
Transfers and private-driver days are settled directly with the operator — cash to the driver, or ask dispatch about paying by card in advance. Tour products are paid securely online through Adventuro at booking.
Do you have child seats?
Ask for one when you send the route. Tell dispatch the age of the child so the right seat is in the car before pickup.
Do you cover other cities?
Yes — the drivers run the whole country: Chefchaouen, Tangier, Agadir, Rabat, Fes, the Sahara pistes. If it has a road, send the route and it gets a price.
